Privacy policy

The controller is Llucapma Sanc 2021 S.L., the company behind the RE:ON and ForceData trading brands, registered in Valencia, Spain.

Privacy requests can be sent to info@forcedata.es. No data protection officer has been formally appointed.

We only collect data actively supplied by the user and technical data required to operate the site.

• Form: name, email, organisation, profile, province, device, model, power state, backup status, data priority, scope acknowledgement and case description.
• Later communications: information required to assess, quote and manage the requested service.
• Browsing: aggregated usage, device, browser and approximate-location data only after analytics consent.
• Received equipment: technical information and, where unavoidable, data stored on the device under a duty of confidentiality.

We do not make automated decisions or create profiles with legal effects.

• Answering enquiries and providing an initial assessment: requested pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Managing diagnostics, quotations, intervention, logistics and case communications: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Complying with tax, accounting, consumer and other legal obligations: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
• Preventing abuse, fraud and attacks: legitimate interest in protecting the service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Measuring website use with Google Analytics: consent, withdrawable at any time (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

We do not sell or disclose data for marketing. The service may involve providers bound by their data-protection obligations:

• Vercel Inc.: web hosting, content delivery and serverless functions.
• Resend: delivery of email generated by the contact form.
• Google LLC: Google Analytics measurement, only after consent.
• Courier companies: only when collection or delivery is requested.
• Public authorities or courts: where legally required.

• Enquiries with no later contract: up to 6 months after the last interaction.
• Customer data: throughout the contract and applicable legal periods; generally 6 years for commercial and accounting records and 5 years for potential civil claims.
• Temporary technical information: as long as required to diagnose, intervene, validate and close the case, unless retention is legally required.
• Cookie choice: until withdrawn or replaced by a new consent version.

Vercel, Resend or Google may process information outside the EEA. Where applicable, transfers rely on adequacy decisions, the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework, Standard Contractual Clauses or other GDPR safeguards.

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or objection, and withdraw consent without affecting prior lawful processing.

• Send your request to info@forcedata.es, identifying the right and providing enough information to verify your identity.
• We will answer within one month, subject to GDPR extensions.
• You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency at aepd.es.

• Anyone delivering equipment declares that they own it or have sufficient authority.
• Access to content is limited to what is strictly necessary to diagnose or validate the intervention.
• Professional clients may request an NDA or data-processing agreement before intervention.
• Electronic repair and data recovery have different goals and risks; a data priority must be declared before powering or handling the equipment.

We apply technical and organisational measures proportionate to risk, although no connected system can guarantee absolute security.
